Not read it yet as I bought about 10 books to read in sequence, but I have read about 15 books and all have been excellent reads so I am confident this one will be up to scratch.

The diverter is good quality and will last many years.
Have bought and fitted many of these and they are still in use after 15 years. I will be installing in the spring. Winter tip.
Reduce water left in barrel to a third so if it freezes it does not expand and cause barrel to split. Disconnect hose at barrel bend it upwards and tuck it behind the gutter and secure. The water will now go down to the grid unimpeded. When the risk of freezing has gone just reinstate tube to barrel for another trouble free year. The hose does get brittle over many years use but can be replaced very cheaply.
