Agnus cascus helps considerably with PMT
My doctor told me about this and it has vastly improved my pmt, It's different every month but mostly I'm bad tempered for 7-10 days and I feel sorry for everyone around me. This month after taking these I was only grumpy for 1day then my period came. It was great.
