Great BUY and SOLID performer!!!
This unit didn't have the webcam, but had the P8700 Core 2 CPU, plenty fast. It was listed as having 3 GB of RAM, but to my glee, I installed the 64 bit Vista Business for HP OEM using the COA on the machine and when I activated it, behold it really had 4GB of RAM!! Some of the drivers are a bit tricky for Vista 64 bit, but believe me this is a true business workbook! Worth every penny!!

Dramatically improved network coverage
1 of 1 found this helpful I recently removed 2 Verizon FIOS TV control boxes, leaving the house with 1 FIOS Quantum router and one TV box. The router is in the basement, so there were dead spots for wifi coverage. I set my wife up with her own office two floors above, and have been using powerline adapters to give her Ethernet connectivity. Because we already have coax avalable upstairs, I just used the Actiontec extender to connect through the MOCA connection on the appliance itself. I then connected our smart TV to one of the two Ethernet ports on the extender, and then used the Android Verizon Fios Mobile app to bring access to all mobile verified TV stations available via our FIOS account. I then pressed the WPA button on the extender, and subsequently the WPA button on the Gateway router to establish a secure WPA encrypted network link with the same user name and password as our main unit. It works so well. The wifi range has been extended, and I use Actiontec's wifi assistant app to monitor the strength and connections of each wireless device on our network. I have ordered another to do the same in another room as well. For Fios this system is magnificent!!!

Great for second pass shaves
1 of 1 found this helpful I currently use a Utopia safety razor. I bought the Dorco Pace 4 combo pack with one handle and 10 cartridges. I used the Dorco Pace 4 to clean up after using the DE for my first pass. I wet soak (hot water) and prep my beard using a homemade pre-shave oil mixture of castor oil and EVO, with 5 drops each of Tea Tree essential oil, Cedar Wood essential oil, and Frankincense essential oil. Then I use a badger brush and shaving bowl with Arco shave soap, mashed into the bowl. I soak the brush in hot water. squeeze out some water, then lather the brush into a second shave bowl, where I vigorously whisk enough lather for 3 passes. I then brush up the lather to my beard. I then use the DE razor to do a first pass with the grain of my beard. The pre-shave oil helps the razor and lather to glide on my face. The essential oils help to soothe any nicks. I then lather up a second time, then I use the Dorco with and diagonal and against the grain, cleaning up chin whiskers and such. At this point I am finished, and I lather up a third time and let the soap sit on my face as I enter the shower. I wash off the excess lather as I shower. My face is smooth and clean afterwards.
The Dorco Pace 4 shaves as well as the Gillette Fusion or the Schick Hydro 5, in my opinion. It gets in the little nooks and crannies to finish up the shave routine for me. I imagine one cartridge will last me a week or so using the Dorco Pace 4 every day.
I will continue to use the Dorco handle and cartridges in the foreseeable future, along with my Pre-shave oil, Arco shave soap, and Utopia safety razor. I love blending the old technology with the new.
