I have 100% history on eBay. I paid the seller immediately when auction ended based on eBay invoice and fee calculation provided by seller. Seller then backed out of the deal because he miscalculated shipping and did not want to ship the item. I guess he thinks he did not get enough money for the item. On top of that he stated to eBay wrong reason for cancellation "cancelled reason as 'I'm out of stock or the item is damaged.' ". That's fraudulent activity. I have an email thread to prove it.
