Extremely disappointed
0 of 3 found this helpful Having always wanted a sound system but couldn't afford one, when I saw this I thought great at last, how wrong I was.
The product arrived less the leads to connect to the TV, WHY. Having read the instructions several times I attempted to install. Time and time again I couldn't get it to work, I even visited my local Hughes retailer for assistance who managed to steer me in the right direction and sold me the leads I needed of which one I didn't need. I asked could they come and install it for me but they charge £55 for service calls, which I can't afford.
Having got it sort of working I'm so disappointed. I thought 350w would give me a sound system that would blast my ex's 120w through the roof how wrong I was. It doesn't sound clear, I still don't think the woofer is working properly and in terms of volume, if I turn the volume on my tv up to maximum it's not far off the sound system.
The instructions were confusing and not written for the layman who is not a techy. You can't imagine how frustrating this is to sit here with my system plugged in and not being used.
I don't think I can describe my disappointment any clearer than I have. I would appreciate to hear your feedback. Regards Keith Lundy
