Easy to use
The spiraliser is easy to use, easy to clean and doesn't put a hole in your pockets. It sticks nicely onto my kitchen work tops with the suction feet, it is already assembled when it arrives, it cuts the vegetables nicely if the correct amount of pressure it put in and my 4 year old loves to use this, with supervision of course as the blades are sharp! Would recommend. Great for salads, keep veg interesting for kids and my fav is carrot noodles added to a stir fry or miso soup.

Not great
3 of 3 found this helpful I've tried and tested many pills in the last 5 years and these just don't seem to have much affect. With the T7 I get an energy buzz and feel more awake and less hungry, but these do not seem to make much difference at all. Very disappointed as these cost me more than many others that do seem to have an impact. I am very susceptible to these kinds of tablets, yet have gone back to the T7's and when they run out I may give the T5's another chance but tbh do your research and I've found that Phentergram 50mg were the best by far. Sorry T5 but you just don't cut it.

Whiter after 1 scrub.
Definitely better than charcoal!
