Perfect for my style of drawing
I wanted a sketchbook which was protected by a hard case (I take a sketchbook everywhere)
I wanted to be able to draw long & slim pictures- both vertical & horizontal without running out of space.
I wanted the paper to be sturdy enough to use pen & ink.
This sketchbook does all the above

British comedy at it's best, from a bygone age
Classic Ealing Studio, black and white film with the wonderful Will Hay.
I bought this as this film is not shown on TV that often.
It's a film that can be watched again and again.

A lot of information packed in a small book
These Ladybird books were published in Loughborough Leicestershire, just a few miles from where I live, This book about Loughborough gives a lot of information about Loughborough in a small book, it's good for children (who it is aimed at) and for adults too. The illustrations and photos are very good.
It's a pity Ladybird didn't go on to produce these books for other towns or cities.
