150 Watts or not?

This is meant to be a 150W solar panel. Directly facing FULL sun, no cloud, at midday it only manages a maximum 5.1 Amps. 5.1A X 12V = 61.2W So even allowing for a bit of error its probably only a 75W or at a real stretch a 100W panel. Nice panel but too small to be 150W. Maybe I just got a dud, doubt it.
