Great quality but only for pumped system.

This is only suitable for a high pressure system with a pump, it doesn't work effectively on a combi boiler. This wasn't clear in the item information.

Look at other books first!

I bought this as I was thinking of buying a joiner and wanted to know a bit more. this book is OK and tells you what you need to know, but then goes on at length to describe all the various models and brands on the American market at the time of printing. So really what you need to know is contained in about a 5th of the book, the rest just seems like padding. This copy only cost a couple of pound so its no big deal, but I wouldn't buy it again.
