Well written, informative and more importantly makes absolute sense!
This book is informative and well written and as I'm one who has to understand how things work before I can take them on board, it ticked all the boxes. It has plenty of background information and doesn't try and fool you, it just gives an honest account of how easy it is to do. The whole premise is that 'it's only for one day' and as long as you adopt that attitude i.e. tomorrow I eat normally and you can do this twice a week, you will lose weight. It isn't a licence to go and eat thousands of calories on your 'feast' days however - you can eat a slice of cake or have a little chocolate but be sensible and enjoy your treats for quality not quantity and be mindful of your diet in general - this way you will be successful in losing weight.
