Item went faulty after 4 months - 5 year warranty. Phoned seller who agreed to replace or refund. Item posted and seller received - signed for but no response for 2 weeks. Phoned seller again - seemed to know nothing about it but agreed to replace if one available or refund if not. When item received saw it was the same faulty one - box hadn't even been opened!! This has cost me £4.80 postage plus removal costs. Prompt action to resolve this mess demanded ...........

Wouldn't work

Product seemed well made with sophisticated micro-electronics but, unfortunately, this particular item appeared to have a fault and wouldn't do what it was supposed to do and so had to be returned.

10 KG kitchen scales

I'm very pleased with these scales. Compact, easy to clean and operate. I must say when I first saw them I though these are so small and compact they'll never work, I must say I'm very pleasantly surprised. I use them everyday and am really delighted with them for such a modest price.
