Problems
It was missing the power cord. Fortunately I was replacing the same model so I had a cord that worked. The other issue that I haven’t yet been able to resolve is that the cartridges are not aligning to make a good print. It keeps saying to remove the tape from the cartridge which I had done. I had the same model for over 8 years and was only replacing it because the housing for one of the ink cartridges had broken. Other than that I never had any problems with the model.
