A Good Addittion To Your Gamecube Library
3 of 4 found this helpful I saw a reviewer say that there's too much cheesy dialog and cutscenes; they don't understand Metal Gear. The gameplay isn't revolutionary, but it works, but MGS is much more than that. It has a wonderful story and well-choreographed cutscenes, although it does begin to make you think "That doesn't seem possible." This game's story and dialog rivals great stories such as FFVII. Also, there are above-average voice actors that in some ways exceed the Japanese actors, which is rare. I recommend this only if you want an entertaining story and good long cutscenes. If you're looking for a great gameplay experience, try Splinter Cell, since sometimes you can play this game with heavy action, something you can't do in Splinter Cell.
