Superior Blender
This hand blender is superior to any I have used in the past. It blends everything so well and very quickly. The only negative is the attachment provided if you want to blend in a non-stick pan. I find it difficult to attach and the plastic itself is very hard, which I feel could cause damage. However, it’s not a big problem as the food can just be transferred to a stainless steel pan for blending. I think it is a great investment.

Great recipes, great read.
In my opinion, this is one of Nigel Slater’s best books. I think there is something in it for everyone. The book is mainly meat based but there are some interesting and simple vegetarian recipes. I love his writing style, so this is a great read, as well as the enticing recipes.
