Exactly what I needed
Just what you need to start learning anatomy. Not overly complicated and not too many useless info conidering that im learning anatomy purely for Art and I don't need to know everything about anatomy.
Smaller half of the book is information and the bigger half is a bunch of amazing poses and references. Only down side is you have only two different bodies as a reference in the book plus one page where you have a uniquely a fat body type person and one page with an old person. All the rest is just two body types which are the regular person type.
