Build quality is noticeably poor, though...
The stand is great for the price overall, and does the job while looking fairly decent. Downsides are obvious build quality issues, machining on the threads for the neck support are off meaning that it doesn't screw in all the way while keeping the neck support level for everyday use, and overall things don't feel very sturdy when assembled. The foam padding is cheap and nasty as well as the rubber latch that closes around the neck support. Though honestly 10 pounds for a stand of this style is a steal and just about makes up for the cheapness of the build quality. It's not going to fall apart on you or damage the guitar, and looks good when displaying guitars, so I'd say grab one if you're on a budget or just need something to keep your guitar in instead of leaning it against the wall.
