Not much of an issue for me as I had a spare dongle lying about and didn't care about the webcam, but worth checking carefully. On the plus side, fast delivery, great packaging, no rubbish preloaded, built like a tank, and an extremely fast bootup time (< 10 seconds) - great for my purposes.
