Love this game!
Fast paced, fun, educational. Suitable for all ages 7 and up. Everyone plays at the same time so there is no waiting for your turn. Lots of variations. Or make your own variations. Helps my kids become better spellers. You can play yourself against the clock, or just for relaxation like a crossword. This party edition made a super fun game even more entertaining! I have bought loads of these as gifts for friends, and they are always well received and popular.

Helped calm our anxious 11 year old and let her sleep with lovely dreams!
This book was recommended to us by a psychologist running the Cool Kids program for children suffering with anxiety. I bought it, and it has been an instant hit at home. My anxious 11 year old would often lie awake for a couple of hours each night, worrying and sometimes getting into a panic. These meditations appealed to her instantly and she was asleep peacefully and happily soon after the meditation finished. She's been asking for them every night, and finds them very helpful. Many nights of peaceful sleep make for a much refreshed and more confident and happy child (and parent!) Recommended.
