  I received only one mop head. Outer parcel was unopened and inner package was sealed but the spare replacement mop head was missing. Despite several messages to seller, only replies I received stated the parcel had been delivered. I confirmed parcel had been delivered...that was never in dispute...but they didn't seem to understand that an item was missing and did not respond to that. I raised a dispute with ebay but the seller still did not address missing item. Thankfully ebay refunded.

  SCAMMER****AVOID***Dropshipper and a scammer, and not a very good one at that, personally I would avoid, they're selling Ali express items at a much higher price and false advertising items as extra large and sending out the smaller items then not responding to return requests, they know what they are doing, save your money and shop elsewhere *****WARNING SCAMMER***
