  Avoid. Packs items horrible. GPU was wrapped in bubble wrap with 3 pieces of air fillers. Shifted from side to side in shipping and arrived damaged. In addition, I do not know how you ship a GPU not in a static bag. Bogles the mind. Also, returned the item back and it was delivered on the 12th of February. It is now the 20th and I still have not gotten my refund. I even reached out to the seller regarding the refund on the 14th. Avoid this seller at all costs. Gives good eBayers a bad name.
