They put stickers on the books that ruin them when you remove them
1 of 1 found this helpful They put ugly stickers on the spines of their books, and the stickers are such poor quality that when you take them off they tear the spine off. Asked to be compensated for return shipping and they refused because apparently they’re allowed to intentionally damage books.

Suction cups so bad it won’t even support its own weight
The suction cups are extremely bad quality, they are warped and don’t even support the weight of the bed, not to mention ‘22kg’. What a waste of money
