Very good sharp lens for walkabout photography
I love this lens because it is very sharp and reasonably light, so I can walk around my hometown and do some street/architecture photography. It's an absolute bargain for the price, and I don't mind not having VR as to be honest, I don't really need it at all.
This replaced my old Nikkor 28-80mm G which I loved, but this lens is better.

Great for 2mins+ long exposures.
I use this with my Nikon D3200 and Sigma 10-20mm in my 100mm filter holder and it's a great quality glass filter for the low price. Can't recommend it enough. Easy to get 2mins+ long exposures at f/11. Superb all round.
