Upon purchasing and paying for the item seller then informed me that they couldn't now find certain parts of it! Then bizarrely and very disappointingly the seller decided to just cancel the order. I, in turn, escalated it to Ebay to request advise and get matters resolved.

Funny

The instructions wasnt so clear but i managed to work it out. The connector wasnt very tight and could easier be pulled off so i had to get my friend to fiddle with it for 15 mins to tighten it somehow and she managed. I needed to get a rubber neck rest as the water was leaking from neck area costing an extra £5.50. The bowl doesnt adjust to tilt but as it kind of wobbles anyway it works. Had to mess around adjusting it up and down so that it was comfortable but managed in the end. Now i love it thanks. Im sure if i paid more id get a sturdier more adjusting product but im happy with this so far and tested it on 2 people.
