  Ordered box of 3 but on arrival the box only had 2 filters. Contacted seller who agreed to refund 1/3 of price. After 2 weeks of not seeing refund I spoke with an eBay rep who said it didn't appear the seller had ever initiated a refund. Seller told me several times I should be seeing the refund. eBay finally issued me a full refund after I shipped back the filters. Summary : seller didn't ship me what I ordered and then apparently did nothing to make things right.
