Best ear plugs for sleeping
0 of 1 found this helpful Apparently i have fairly odd shaped ears and i have a real struggle finding plugs that seal properly, i primarily use them do block out the sound of my other half snoring and these Hush plugz are the only ones i have found that do the job perfectly.
They do look a little odd in your ears, and after a couple of nights of use they do get fairly gross, but the pack contains 14 plugs (i only use 1 at a time as i sleep on my side) so they last longer than i was expecting.
Cant recommend them enough, once my current tub is empty i will be buying more

Exactly what you expect from Sennheiser
1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent quality product, sturdy construction and comfortable to wear, sound quality is fantastic as you would expect, bass is good and strong and the ear cushions fit very well, 2 cables are supplied which is nice, one of which has a built in microphone and a button of which i am yet to determine what it does.
One thing of note is my computer headphone out was rather under powered for these, i have to run them through a pre-amp in order to get their full potential, clearly no fault of the headphones and more my cheap computer.
In summary, excellent headphones at an excellent price! you will not be disappointed!

Excellent for a cheap preamp
I purchased this little amp as the output from my computer was just a tad under powered for my Sennheiser HD 598SR headphones.
Delivery was quick (despite ordering over the new year) and was well packaged, noteworthy that the valves supplied are Chinese.
At first i was slightly disappointed with the hiss, crackling and popping i got through the headphones, however this is my first time using valve amplifiers and of course after some research i learned you are supposed to let them warm up first! the sound gets better and better with time and after about 10 hours of play time the hiss, crackling and popping has almost gone (apparently takes 20 hours for new valves to "burn in" completely)
As of this review the sound is excellent, i am no audiophile but this is the clearest sound i have ever had, the bass is 10x better with the amp and the volume is now able to go well beyond comfortable listening and as a bonus it also looks excellent! especially in the dark.
In summary if what you are looking for is a cheap amp that makes things louder, this is an excellent option!
