Actually works!
I have to wear work boots six or more days a week (male) for at least eleven hours and get very hard thick skin on the sole of one foot which then makes it hard to walk at times. Normal files make a little difference for a lot of effort. Softening cream - forget it.... This file looked impressive and on first use I looked down at the file and saw no dead skin on it and wondered if ti was working, when I moved the file I could then see a nice big spread of dead skin fillings. Perfect! Relief!
