  Package got here quick. I did message the seller before buying with a quick question and they answered right away. The figure was nicely packaged, a lot of bubble wrap and tissure paper, all the figure pieces were also wrapped in bubble wrap.

  Item arrived damaged, packaging inadequate. Seller advised they would contact Royal Mail and receive a refund without returning. Told son he could keep the item waiting one month seller received refund from Royal Mail and now refuses to refund unless item is returned. One unhappy son very disappointed experience and would not recommend the seller. Figure was £70 which the seller has robbed from my son. Hoping eBay will step in to resolve as we feel conned.

  The packing was great, item was damage in post as outer box was crushed on one side, the buyer then opened a return case and refused to send the item back for a refund, buyer then closed case still asking for a refund, even asked for the money to paid via PayPal which is against eBay policy, I tried everything I could to help the buyer as they didn't know what to do, I went beyond what any seller would have done, even as a good will gesture I still offered them a refund if they returned it.

  The seller did not go above and beyond. Claims he could not refund when eBay confirmed you can. Took money off my son and also claimed back from Royal Mail. Refuses to respond back to messages. Buyers beware of this seller. Managed to resolve with eBay thankfully. Packaging was inadequate despite what the seller claims which was the reason for the damage. I have used eBay for over 22 years and this is the worst experience yet from a seller. AVOID
