Thrown in the bin within a week
I just needed some cheap shades urgently as I'd lost my more expensive ones so figured I'd give these a try until I could sort out some more decent ones.
I knew they wouldn't be great at this price, but I expected them to last longer than a week before having to throw them away. The lenses would pop out fairly regularly while in the bag or a large pocket.
The little welds/glue holding bits of the frame to each other came apart within 4 or 5 days of use, too.
So, not impressed. :)

Perfect, fits the original foot and the 3rd party replacements
I ended up buying this after getting an Arca Swiss compatible replacement foot for my Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8VR (the original one). The replacement foot didn't quite fit the stock plate, and even when the foot was fully tightened, there was about 2-3mm of play where the lens could slide backward and forward in the foot.
I figured for what it costs, I'd order the Sunwayfoto replacement plate. Once it arrived, I put it into the foot, tightened the foot, didn't feel to be any play or wiggle whatsoever.
So, I removed the stock plate from the 70-200 and put this one on. Both the original foot and the replacement Arca Swiss foot fit on this perfectly. It's a very good fit, and after removing the original Nikon plate, you can see just how flimsy it is in comparison to this one.
Very solid, good and thick, but doesn't have any negative effect on ergonomics when hand holding. Would definitely recommend this for all 70-200mm f/2.8 VR & VR2 owners.

They do what it says on the tin
They go into your hotshoe and tell you if your camera's level, exactly what they say they'll do.
I have several digital and film cameras, so these sit in the hotshoe of all of them now unless I'm using flash. They're a good tight fit that doesn't come loose or fall out easily. Very handy.
