100% better than cheaper versions
1 of 1 found this helpful We bought a £5.99 can crusher before we bought this one and the handle came off at one end which resulted in one side buckling in on itself. This happened after crushing about 30 cans over an approximate month. I was reluctant to pay more for the same thing to happen again but this one is amazing! It's a lot heavier for a start and when pulling down the handle to crush a can you know this will do the job. Spend that bit extra the first time. You get what you pay for

Bose are the tops
We used to have the older Bose speakers and decided to have a change when we decorated and try some floor standers. they were good I have to say but we missed the sharp crisp sound of Bose so decided a few years later to buy the 5 series. After having a cheaper surround sound system where the bass bin was placed behind the television (exactly like the Bose) we found that you could hear the bass bin. On the Bose speakers the bass seems to come from the small pod speakers and everyone who we have demonstrated them to thinks that the pods are doing the bass aswell as treble which is good. I would recommend Bose to anyone who wants speakers that don't take up alot of room and who appreciate good sound systems
