The strength that I needed
1 of 1 found this helpful There is nothing bad about this product. It is all good. Because I suffer with migraine, nothing else will do. This product has the strength (380mg) that I need. I take one each night as a form of preventative. This strength (380mg) used to be widely available here in our U.K. high street health food shops before the European Union got involved in changing our British regulations by reducing the dose to 100mg which is no longer sufficient for migraine sufferers.
