Awful Product- Avoid
Gave me instant chemical burns from even the tiniest amount. I’ve used several brands of freeze spray without any problems but this brand is dodgy as hell and caused painful red blotches to form immediately. It has almost no cooling effect compared to other brands and seems to contain some sort of chemical irritant. Worse than useless, it INCREASED the pain instead of reducing it. Looking closely at the label, it’s made by 151 company who usually make cheap industrial sprays that are sold in Poundland. This stuff should be banned.

Weak plastic
These bars are made of weak plastic and will break if you are not careful. You cannot do fast push ups with them.

Great Watch
The Seiko 5 is the best inexpensive automatic watch there is. Mine was under £90 so it was a bargain. They seem to cost about £120 nowadays but I still think it’s a good price for what you get. Mine keeps better time than most of my watches and ALL of my automatic watches. Simple, beautiful and very well made.
