totally different cross stitch patterns from the norm
1 of 1 found this helpful If you cross stitch cards, buy this book. The patterns are different from those you'll find anywhere else. I bought this as a gift after buying one for myself. Within the week I'd found and made 5 very appropriate cards for different occassions!

great resource
easy to use, clear instructions, and having the muscles superimposed on the photos makes it easier to locate and treat,
The included DVD was an added bonus

Very useful book
My massage tutor recommended this book. I use it for every treatment I'm doing. It is clear and easy to refer to. I can also show patients which muscle is affected, and it explains movements the muscle is responsible for, and how it can be damaged
