  When item shipped they updated Ebay but without tracking.reference. After chasing they provided a Yodel order reference rather than the Yodel Tracking number (3 days late,, it doesn't link to be able to track and doesn't tell you when delivered). When pressed they produce shipping receipt showing in Bold the Tracking reference (different). When at pickup-shop I can't collect as not got FM delivery reference.... When I feedback the problems they have the arrogance to say they "Accept my apology"

  Customer expects people to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week i apologised for the delay but then you implied i had lied and not posted the item when i had and you said the shop told you they didnt have it when it was delivered to them the day before i hope others can see by your tone of feedback you are not a nice person
