Helps to feel fuller.
The actual product is the only thing that has worked for me in the past. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be as successful during the menopause! I was hoping to feel fuller in order to cut down my eating but that doesn't seem to be working this time.
The lemon and lime flavour is lovely and the option to drink it whilst it's very liquid or leave it until it becomes thicker is another good idea for people who have issues with different textures.
I know that this has worked and would definitely try it again, even though I do feel that it's a bit on the expensive side.
