product is a little softer than I expected, but still a nice product.

Stylist point of view
This is the second Whisper Light for me. The last one lasted me about 6 years of constant use in the salon. A little less wattage is worth the sacrifice for not loosing my hearing in my right ear from the high pitch sound of most salon dryers.

Cheap
You get what you pay for. The part that attaches to the mic stand would not tighten enough to stay put. I would’ve had to strip it in trying. I determined to send back instead. In bending the neck to repackage, I received a paint splinter, which I had to pull out with tweezers. I would not recommend this product.
