  Seller offered juicer, attachments and manuals [the latter in original plastic wrapping] with a pristine looking box. I asked her to ensured it was properly packed so there was no damage to the box or contents. She made clear she was not going to ensure it was all properly packaged. It is the seller's obligation to ensure what is offered is delivered undamaged. She now threatens to cancel the sale if I don't pay her more money as the properly packaged parcel will cost her more to send.
