Pleasure to use
I'd heard great things about the Instant Pot Duo and to be honest, mainly bought it to make bone broths. But once I got it that changed completely and I started looking for things to cook in the Instant because it is so convenient and labour saving.
If it's any help to anyone, I did do the test bit as recommended but being unsure of the product didn't have the vowel setting on sealing, so it started hissing. I quickly learnt to turn this to sealing. Apart from that little thing, it's been great and am learning all the time to adapt recipes and favourite meals.
Arrived well packaged, in mint condition and promptly.
