Good value & quality
Quality product at a good price, far better value than small supermarket tubs

Won't work if you don't the right hub
0 of 3 found this helpful After weeks of trying to get this system to do what I bought it for, I've now discovered if your router doesn't support DHCP connectivity, the Salus will go off-line every time your hub resets rendering the App remote control facility useless. Beware, this product is not fit for purpose as a remote internet app 0control device if you don't have the right hub!

Very dissapointed
5 of 7 found this helpful Very easy to set up but I've still got big issues with connecting to my wi-fi & getting the bell to actually work with any sort of reliability. I'm fairly "tech savvy" & have several other wi-fi devices in my home & haven't had any connection problems with those. I tried everything with my current BT hub 5 but have bought a BT hub 6 in the hope this would be better. But the RSSI reading I'm now getting is even worse than with the BT hub 5, although it does appear to be staying connected in the limited time it's been running. It seems one way of improving things is to buy a Chime Pro but I'm loath to spend yet another £50 to get the Ring Door Bell 3+ to work &, if it doesn't, what then! For what this thing has cost me, it should fly out of the box & just work but it simply doesn't, not for me anyway! It works perfectly well with strong RSSI when the bell is next to the router during setup but, move it to the front door, & it goes pear shaped! I shouldn't have to buy a Ring Chime Pro or wifi booster just to make the bell work, christ it cost enough! Ring need to get serious about the wi-fi chip in their bell push as I suspect that's where the problem lies!
