Cycle pump replacement

Bought for a replacement for my pump. Is slightly thinner than the original cartridge so the handle is a little loose, but work just fine. Filled one road bike tyre fully from flat and topped up another.

Tough little tin opener

I’ve used these when camping since a kid. And always carry one when touring by bike or camping. Lite weight. And once you get the knack of using them there’s no stopping. Even opens a Fray Benton’s tin. Bought a new one after finding I’d misplaced my one of 15yrs ( gutted)

Shake for breakfast

I've used this since getting a free sample at an event - tastes good- handy scoop follow instructions 3x +250mls water mixes well Good and thick. Have tried chocolate and strawberry.
