Was supposed to have arrived in a 3 day postage as stated in listing but actually arrived after 4 days. We ordered this in time for our holiday to Lapland but they never arrived as stated. We only ordered through this seller because of the postage being 3 days. Unable to return due to their policy.

The customer did not specify that they needed next-day delivery, and if they had, we would have gladly upgraded their shipping to guarantee next day delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience the delay may have caused, but we believe that the customer's feedback is unfair given that they chose the standard free shipping option and did not inform us of their urgent need for the item.
