  Katherine was great to deal with - couldn't have asked for more! I couldn't collect in person and she was extremely helpful when arranging couriers. She packed it well - sent photos and package dimensions etc & kept me up to date with collection too. When it turned up at my mum's it was in perfect condition: "like new" according to my mum. I couldn't be more impressed!
