too bothersome preparation process
don't like it! Had always Brita before, and they have symplified the steps for usage a lot. Even before that, it wasn't as long and bothersome process like with these ones.
I wish I could return them, but had to use the first one already, and I bought a six pack - my luck. Now I'm stuck with them. Also, pone of the steps is letting them sit under water for 15 minutes. Problem is, it wouldn stay, but first floated partly upwards, then laid itself sidewards in the water. |Now I don't know, if that cartridge is faulty or not, but I have nothing else, so I'm using it.

Impossible to assemble again after cleaning - useless
since it says, that one should take it completely apart for cleaning after EVERY use, it's first of all quite a bother. On top of it, there's no instruction leaflet with images, to show how to assemble it again after cleaning all the parts (and there are a lot, and tiny ones, too), so it's almost impossible to amnage that.
I personally was able to do so only once, and even that only, because I disembled it only partly. The second time I wanted to do it properly, and therefore took the whole thing apart for cleaning. Now I'm unable to get it together again, so it's useless for me. All the part are lying arround, after having wasted a lot of time trying unsuccessfully to put everything together again. A total waste.

not very flexible
good lightnad I like the colours I bought, since unlike some others, it is available in several colours. Unfortunately, it isn't very flexible, at least not moved easily, although with a strong grip of one's hand, it can be moved eventually. that's why I gave it 4 stars only. My former lights (and I have had already several) were all much easier to turn arround
