  I did contact the seller when I received the boots yesterday to comment on the fact that the boots were inaccurately described. They were advertised as leather, but they are synthetic. They were advertised as new but they have been worn ( mud and stones in the treads and additional holes made in the buckles). I wasn't asking for anything, just commenting that they were not as advertised. The seller did not apologise - in fact she was very defensive and insinuated that I was a liar!!
