Zone O3
I have used this on my face and in my mouth. I noticed a positive result on my face in just one application. I have also used it once in my mouth on my gums where I have a dead tooth that is starting to abscess. The pain and the issue seemed to diminish. The Zone O3 that I used in my mouth is the one containing charcoal. Charcoal pulls out infection and whitens teeth. I noticed good results with booth. I held it in my mouth for a few minutes and then spit it out and wash out your mouth.
