good compression
This provides good compression but is a bit harder to get on than most stockings because there is no hole for the heel.

A great, light but effective, workout to promote and sustain back health.
I have used this yoga routine on the DVD I ordered from you for 10-15 years, beginning with when it was on VHS. Although it says "for beginners," it is a perfect all-round back booster for me.
The CD appears to be no longer available new. It contains an error in the narrative: "press into the chair with the left elbow" when it should be "right" elbow, and perhaps that is why it was never remade. I recognize it as an error every time I watch or listen to it, but it makes no difference in how I follow Rodney Yee to the end.
I was delighted to find an unused copy for sale on E-Bay and recommend this short routine for anyone wishing either to remediate or prevent back pain.
