My phone arrived in excellent condition. Just as described. Factory reset. PLEASE NOTE **ATT WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS PHONE ON THEIR NETWORK ANY MORE. THEY ARE DOING AWAY WITH 2&3G NETWORKS FEB OF 2022. UNLESS YOU WILL USE TMOBILE THIS PHONE WILL BE USELESS!!! I got to find that out in a most annoying way. It arrived quickly also. I like this phone. It has a great camera and an older android 9 os that I prefer. Not a large phone either. I like that all the buttons are on the right side because I am a lefty. The battery gets me through the day. Its usually around 30% by evening. I am not a heavy phone user. I did research around before getting this and its what I wanted.

Super happy with these, installation was really easy and they give you almost everything you to install them quick. The jacks themselves are working great, I live in a camper full time, and no issues so far!
