Galahad at Blandings by P.G. Wodehouse (Hardcover, 2009)

Says it all really.

One of the later Blandings novels with a typical plot line, the usual suspects and Galahad Threepwood pulling the strings. Not the best of the series but well worth reading, especially for Wodehouse fans.

Something Fresh was originally published in America as Something New.

The first of the Blandings Castle series of books which sets the scene nicely for the subsequent ten novels and various short stories. A lovely introduction to this fictional world that would endure for more than sixty years. Persiflage is the word!
