Wheat free diet
I won't be able to follow it completely, but I figure if I cut back on the wheat that will help and maybe eventually i'll wean out more. I will try it.

It made me sick.
A friend told me it kept her appetite down, but I haven't seen her lose any weight. But I ordered some before I watcher her, I took one and got a stomach ache and it made me sick. I threw the bottle away.
