Not a good fit for my hair type.
1 of 1 found this helpful not a huge fan - feels crusty and doesn't cut down on friz. I have naturally curly hair that is soft and manageable, and this feels drying.

A good solid yoga workout
Used this for years and finally purchased on DVD. Absolutely excellent and a great yoga workout!
