A very Helpful book.
A great book full of really useful ideas to get kids to express and acknowledge their feelings.
I have used it with my daughter of 5yrs old but it would also be suitable for much older children, even teens.

works perfectly
This book is amazing, it has worked every time with both my daughter's (2yrs & 4yrs). We normally only get to page 3 and they are both sound asleep. I love it, it has totally taken any stress out of bedtime.

Great value for money.
Brought for my daughters first bed (she's 3) so I have had to sleep on it too. It is perfect, great value for money and arrived on time. I will be ordering another one for my other daughter soon.
